  • Precision Electromagnets

    We have the capability to custom design and build magnets from half a kilogram to over fifty tons, including large spectrometer, analyzer and precision multipole magnets.

    • We take a collaborative approach, where we can co-design or lead the design, with in-house capabilities covering both physics and mechanical design.
    • We manufacture all critical components at our own facility.
    • Our electromagnets meet exact tolerances through precise manufacturing.
  • Vacuum Chambers

    Our high-integrity HV and UHV chambers are designed and manufactured with a dedicated focus on reducing physical and virtual leaks and contamination.

    • Our latest technology includes MIG and wire-fed TIG welding machines to provide smooth, high-quality welds, eliminating the possibility of voids or inclusions.
    • We also offer friction-stir welding and robot welding.
  • RF Resonators

    RF Resonators (also known as cavities) are a critical component in RF driven linacs. We’ve built thousands of these devices to strict specifications, and we’ve developed our own custom processes and procedures for manufacturing them.

    • We make everything from winding water-cooled copper coils to fabricating, finishing and copper plating the inside the cavities.
    • We assemble and install drive motors, bellows, insulators and feedthroughs.
    • All work is performed in a dedicated, temperature-controlled clean environment.
  • Support Structures & Associated Equipment

    We support our electromagnets, vacuum chambers and resonators by custom designing and manufacturing, with everything from adjustable and fixed-support stands to roller slides and brackets.

    • Our support structures are constructed to the same exacting standards as our electromagnets.
    • Three axis adjusters can be incorporated to precise level and align structures.
