  • Care In Every Step

    We manufacture stainless steel chambers capable of achieving ultra-high vacuum after bake-out. Aluminum vacuum chambers are either machined from solid aluminum or fabricated using friction-stir welding before final finishing machining to achieve a leak-free, high-integrity join. We use industry-standard flanges and seals such as CF, ISO, and QF that can be manufactured directly to the needs of your system. Our physics and engineering design teams are here to help you achieve the vacuum you require.

  • Leading the Industry in Leak Prevention

    Our latest technology includes MIG and wire-fed TIG welding machines to provide smooth, high-quality welds, eliminating the possibility of voids or inclusions. We utilize Mazak® brand “INTEGREX” multi-tasking CNC lathes to produce fully finished parts from stock material, specifically for vacuum chamber components with side ports and location features that would require multiple setups on conventional machines.

    We maintain strict adherence to ISO 9001-certified processes and well-documented procedures, including check sheets and in-process quality inspections.

  • Automated welding of vacuum chamber components ensures consistently high-quality, leak-proof seams.

  • Helium leak checking is performed on every vacuum chamber before shipping, including all welded joints and O-ring surfaces.

  • Our machines are run by skilled tradespeople, enabling both prototyping of vacuum chambers and production in one facility.
